Returns & Exchanges

 

Manufacturer defects are eligible for returns. In order for an exchange to be processed, a Return Authorization (RA) form must be supplied with the products. The RA form can be obtained by contacting customer service by telephone (toll free 1-877-523-6900, local phone 604-945-6067) or e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). The RA form must be completed in its entirety in order to receive a replacement. Original invoice numbers of the products purchased must be supplied or the last sale price will be used. Products received without an RA form will not be processed.

Please use the least expensive method possible (usually Canada Post) as a means of shipping back defective products. Customers are required to ship defective products at their own expense. Excessive shipping charges will not be credited. If a product is received and found to be in working condition, there will be a minimum $5.00 or 20% restocking and processing charge, whichever amount is greater.
